No. Everything happens in WhatsApp. Anyone who has the number and belongs to the event or community can ask. BOTEN answers from approved information.
It turns the photos sent to BOTEN into a clean story of the event or community, not another folder. BOTEN collects photos from WhatsApp, filters duplicates, organizes them by time and the moments you define, supports search by content or description, and shows captions with viewer-selected translation. Access is controlled by phone number and code. No face recognition and no video.
No. Each guest writes to BOTEN in a private WhatsApp chat. Message content is not exposed to other guests. Only photos approved for sharing enter the album.
Content that is unclear or sensitive can be routed to the organizer for review according to the space settings. The goal is not to publish something automatically when it was not approved.
Yes. Plus and Premium can support a recurring space with a closed access list, suitable for clubs, communities and teams.
