Category, area, language, approved public profile and whether the business, event or community is active and eligible.
If the user continues, the request has context
When the user chooses to continue, the business, event or community can receive a structured request: what was asked, where, how urgent, and how to respond.
Only spaces with an approved profile
A business with an active Reception Desk, or an event/community with an active Events & Communities plan, can become eligible once it has an approved public profile: category, area, services and contact route.
Private Space users do not appear in Discovery. Personal information, internal notes and staff permissions are not opened to suggest a match.
